  • CBT can be a good place to start if you are brand new to therapy. It can help explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and their connection to each other.

    It can be a jumping off point for us to formulate coping strategies and manage anxiety, depression and/or general life stress.

  • Schema therapy goes one step further.

    It looks at your core beliefs - usually unhelpful thoughts that have persisted since childhood.

    By identifying and understanding these deep-seated patterns, schema therapy helps you to recognize how they influence your current behavior and emotional responses.

  • Neuro-affirming therapy means understanding and believing in a strengths-based approach to help you discover more about your possible neurotype. Differences you experience are not considered 'deficits' here. Self-identifying and diagnosed clients are welcome in equal measure.

  • ERP can be a game-changer for all forms of OCD. It usually involves us working together to create exercises and challenges that will slowly help to reduce compulsions and rituals.

  • Exposure therapy can be difficult. It is the ultimate challenge in facing your fears to help you live your life to the fullest. We will work to gradually help you face your fear in a controlled and safe environment.

  • ACT is about implementing mindfulness in everyday life. It also aims to teach you how to accept your thoughts and feelings rather than push them away. If you've ever been confused as to what your values are or if you are living life in alignment with them, this may be a good starting point for you.
